"Busy Isn't the Same as Effective: Three Questions to Help You Think More Clearly
"We all have things competing for our attention; decisions to make, conversations to have, tasks to complete and problems to solve.
But when everything feels urgent, it's easy to move straight from problem to action without giving ourselves time to think.
In this practical 10-minute session, Jane McNally will explore a simple way to clear some mental space,
sort what needs action from what needs thought, and identify what we may be carrying unnecessarily.
You'll leave with three simple questions you can use when you're faced with a difficult decision or a particularly busy day.
